GetaGift.co.uk is an invitation to treat only and is an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and GetaGift.co.uk unless, and until an email is sent by GetaGift.co.uk to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been made. This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by GetaGift.co.uk of your offer to buy goods from GetaGift.co.uk and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email.
Getagift.co.uk are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

Availability And Prices

All goods are advertised for sale on GetaGift.co.uk subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is unavailable we will inform you by email or by telephone .We will make no charge for goods we cannot supply. However we will not be responsible for any damage or losses you may incur if we are unable to supply goods.

We have attempted to display and portray the goods on site as accurately as possible but are subject to available reproduction techniques. All sizes quoted are approximate.

Prices displayed on GetaGift co.uk are correct at the time of display. However we reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice. When we have accepted an order we will not change the price applicable to that order. The prices displayed are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate for goods dispatched to countries within the European Union. Goods dispatched to countries outside the European Union may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Processing Of Orders

You can place an order online via our secure server HSBC or by phone. We accept payment by Visa/Master Card/Switch or any other credit card identified on our site. Goods will be dispatched on validation and authorisation of payment. We will not be responsible for any non-delivery or delay if authorisation is withheld by the card issuer.

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day as receipt of payment via Royal Mail. You should therefore receive your goods within 1-3 working days after payment. If there is any undue delay expected (more than 7 working days) we will contact you by email or phone. You agree that we will not be liable for any loss or damage or charge incurred because of late delivery of goods.

In the event that you wish to return an item you can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date, if it is in its original unused condition, and we will change it for another product or refund the purchase price, this will not include your postage charges.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are damaged or defective GetaGift.co.uk shall replace or refund the amount you paid for the goods provided that you notify GetaGift.co.uk by phone within 3 working days, or in writing to us within 7days ,
of delivery of the goods stating your Order No.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, we regret that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. You should check that all items listed on the dispatch note match those in your package. If they do not, please email us with your order details.

You will be responsible for the item or items returned until they reach us. We are not liable to replace or refund products with faults resulting from poor or improper use.

Liability and Privacy

By placing your order you confirm that you agree to use your correct name and address and to supply any other details reasonably requested. All information made available to us about you will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose information about you to any third parties other than for delivery of goods ordered from GetaGift.co.uk.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or restricts your statutory rights in respect of goods supplied.

We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods by you and will not be liable to any person for damage or loss arising from the use of goods advertised on our site.
Without prejudice to your statutory rights the information on this site is provided without warranty, we do not represent or warrant that the information is accurate, complete or current or that the use of this site will be uninterrupted or error free.

These terms and conditions may change at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting.
